The IT9399-HVW Vivotek Dual Light IP Turret Dome is an 8MP IP Camera that is NDAA and TAA Compliant. The Dual Light feature allows for full color nightime viewing! In addition, the camera has a Built In Mic and Speaker for Two-Way Audio.
