Bullet Cameras. Bullet Style Security Cameras are a popular camera style. Many DIY or pre packaged systems come with Bullet Cameras. We feel this is due to the expectation that most of those cameras will be mounted outdoors. Bullet Cameras are a good choice for many outdoor applications. Bullet Cameras have a form factor (housing) that allows for more powerful night vision LED’s. Therefore, these cameras are used in applications where longer IR distances are required. We also see more options for vari-focal lens ranges, such as 5-50mm or higher.
